Adjusting the volume is a bit tricky due to small size of controls, but it gets there and is great.
I needed longer sound tubes. I called them up, they sent them right away, no charge. They were great and very nice.
My husband can hear again and he likes them.

For the price they are great. In my case, they require constant adjustment as I go about my activities and am in different situations. But they make it so I can hear better.
